Fa Mulan is probably my favourite Disney character. I was ecstatic when they made this oft-told Chinese legend into a movie! :D I've been watching it obsessively these few nights and it never gets tiring. The scene I love most - and I know everyone else does too - is the scene where she decides to take her father's place.
So here is my tribute to Mulan, in that intense moment of the amazing movie.

The two Chinese characters there are "haau sam" 孝心 - meaning "a filial heart" - which is exactly what she has. :)

Hopefully you all like it, Mulan fans or not! :aww:

I really wish I'd seen this movie. I've been tempted to buy it outright, because it's on sale at my local video store. >> I'm guessing you'd recommend it. ;p

Who could forget that movement? That's the beginning of the climax, that's why is so iconic :D i love how you shaded this, it's pretty cool =)

I liked that movie too.

The music at that moment was very tence as she slashed her hair. :chainsaw:

Plus that nudity scine in the lake cought me off guard as it was a Disney movie. :omg:
